House rules and helpful things to know for a smooth and stress-free stay at our holiday home. » Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. » Signing a rental agreement is required. » The house has parking space for 3 cars only. » Additional cars must park outside the gated community. » No oversized vans (such as Sprinter vans), trailers, or RVs are allowed to be parked in the St. Malo community. » All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies with storms, tides, and may have more or less sand than what is shown in photos. » The home is located near the train tracks. Guests will hear train noise during the day and night. » There is also a remodel taking place at the adjacent property. Construction activity may or may not take place at that property during the guest’s stay. » Please observe quiet hours after 9pm » Parties and events are not allowed » No pets due to owner allergies and asthma » No smoking/vaping is permitted » Maximum occupancy is 10 » 5mph speed limit inside the community

We recommend bringing or renting a car for the greatest flexibility, although ride-sharing services such as Lyft and Uber are also available.
